Nancy has a gift for seeing the potential in people and enjoys coaching with the RYL system because it is so practical and empowering. She brings to coaching her joy, lightness and playfulness together with her wealth of knowledge, clarity, and experience. Nancy has wonderful listening and empathy skills which she honed over 30 years as an attorney-mediator and trainer. She is also certified by the Deep Coaching Institute and currently facilitates Marin Enneagram Study Groups.
